Price Guide

Wiggins Property Maintenance wants to provide our customers with transparency and one way of doing this is via our price guide.

• Hourly rate - £25
• Half day (4 hours) - £100
• Full day (8 hours) - £200

During the quotation process, we will accurately quote the amount of time required for your project and provide an itemised list of any materials. 

We will only charge for time spent on completing your project. Should the project be completed sooner, we will only charge for the hours worked (to the nearest hour).
